The Society shall, for the resolution of disputes between its members, set up an extra-judicial committee for a period of three years. The committee must necessarily convene before making ordinary court. The ordinary Court summons is not limited. The Extra-Judicial Committee deals mainly with violations of the Articles of Association and its regulations.
